I think I pulled the carrots too soon. Now I know. All of the above went into stir fry, except for a few chives....
I'm experimenting with freezing chives so we have some over winter. I washed them, dried them a little, and popped them in a tupperware container which I tossed in the fridge. Some time in October, I'll let you know how that experiment went....
