I’ve got to laugh.  I’ve been doing it mostly all wrong and …..
Today I was at my lowest weight since I
started keeping track in January, and I’ve lost an inch off my waist and half
an inch from my hips.  I’ve been doing a
little more exercise (mostly walking).   I’ve avoided sweets for a whole two days
after almost a month of eating whatever I felt like.  (Hey, you've got to celebrate Easter!)   The only health advice I’ve been following consistently the past
month or so has been smaller portions.
