Today I started drying herbs, with some help from my lovely niece Arwen.
My Uncle Richard is coming to the family reunion in late June and he said he'd love some dried herbs to take back to Wyoming. Well, I'm all about people loving what comes out of my garden! So hopefully there will be time for them to dry and get ground by then.
Do you have to grind them? Aren't they better fresh-ground? Is there any way to send them back whole? Or does Uncle Richard want them pre-ground? And your helper is very lovely. :-)
