Garden Soup

I made soup yesterday and these ingredients went into the pot from our garden:

tomatoes
carrots
beans
garlic
oregano
thyme

It was a good feeling to make that dinner.

  1. Wow. I hope some day our garden will have that sort of produce. Still, we do have cherry tomatoes, even if the herbs aren't doing too well. Maybe next year. :)

    1. It took us three or four years of gardening to get to this point. I find, though, that I tend to eat more veggies when I grew them myself. The whole process is really satisfying.
