Planting Garlic

You are supposed to plant garlic on Halloween and then harvest it on July 4.  We planted ours on October 19.  Which reminds me... I need to start a page in the garden notebook for 2015!

    I hadn't realized garlic was supposed to be grown over the winter. That seems odd, but cool. ~ CMW
