My Mysterious Upcycling Project Was.... A Backpack Purse

I finished this yesterday, and I'm delighted with how it came out.  Usually how I envision the end result and what actually happens don't match so closely!

I have high hopes that since it is denim and there is no seam at the bottom that it will be durable.  (I made one long rectangle, folded it in half, and then sewed up the sides, basically.)

I also made the dress I'm wearing out of discarded T-shirts.  It's really satisfying to make want you want and neither the purse or the dress cost me anything except time.
